"A lot of time, money and effort is going in to improving Hartlepool. These improvements will take place over time and they require a lot of planning to make sure that what we do is ultimately best for the whole town.

Many of these changes will inevitably affect Hartlepool residents and their local communities. That's why we have a Community Strategy in place. It's a document which sets out where we want to be. The Hartlepool Partnership regurly updates it's plans and responds to the needs identified by people who live, work in and visit Hartlepool."
