How we communicate

Communication

Communication is important to us and we make a big effort to help ensure what we do is understood by everyone who comes into contact with the Partnership.

We make a special effort to ensure our documents and reports are of a high standard and communicate in variety of ways.

We are conscious of the need for effective communication and have a Communication Strategy  which helps us to ensure that all partners are using the same terms to describe what the Partnership is, what it does and what it is trying to achieve.

To provide regular updates the Partnership produces a newsletter 'Roundup'.  This newsletter gives up to date information on the work of the Partnership and in future will give details of discussions at the Strategic Partners Group and feedback from the Face the Public Events.  The latest edition of the newsletter can be accessed via the link on the homepage.

Our identity is important. It affects how people think and feel about the Hartlepool Partnership. Our identity is largely formed by what we do as an organisation, but our communications are important too. Our Brandbook contains a design style that will help us to express and support our values and our direction.  If you would like a copy of our Brandbook please contact the Performance & Partnerships Team.
