Hartlepool's New Local Area Agreement (LAA) sets out the priorities for Hartlepool.
The agreement is between central government, Hartlepool Borough Council, the Hartlepool Partnership and other key partners at the local level and is the delivery plan for Hartlepool's Community Strategy.
LAAs simplify some central funding, help join up public services more effectively and allow greater flexibility for local solutions to local circumstances.
Hartlepool's LAA includes 32 priority outcomes structured around the eight Community Strategy themes.
